Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): on orders under $50
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Contact support@mistyessence.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll try to update it before it ships.
